About

I am a systemic therapist with a focus on how our relational patterns impact how we experience expansion or contraction. My approach is rooted in authenticity, presence and humility. My main areas of focus include: relational issues, major life transitions, teens & adolescent, parenting/postpartum, grief & loss, spiritual/religious trauma. I provide a free consultation and would be happy to answer any questions or concerns you have about my approach and modalities to see if we might be a good fit.

Understanding and dismantling structures of power and oppression and bringing deep listening to context is a commitment that I bring with me into my therapy practice. You deserve a therapeutic space where you feel seen and safe to bring the full spectrum of your identity.

When I’m not doing this work, I love to sing and play music, dig in the dirt, whoop while I slide down snow, pedal my legs on my bike while sunshine hits my cheeks, and dance with my toddler. Before becoming a therapist, I spent seven years working to support communities to co-create collective gardening spaces in their neighborhoods. Family Therapy has been a continuation and deepening of this work, supporting individuals and family systems to see their interconnectedness and support the unfolding of our collective stories.

Intake Session - $160 60 min

Individual Therapy - $130 50 min

Couples Therapy - $150 50 min; $165 75 min

Family Therapy - $150 50 min; $165 75 min

Sliding scale down to $100 per session.

I am an in network provider for Premera & Lifewise. I do not bill insurance for couples or family sessions. I am happy to provide a superbill for you to coordinate coverage through your insurance provider.
